My Care, My Choice Webinar

My Care, My Choice is a unique website designed to help Californians with Medicare and Medi-Cal learn about the range of care options in their local area so they can get the most from their health care coverage. By answering a few questions, My Care, My Choice provides a list of local care choices to fit a person's care needs and preferences. My Care, My Choice was developed by The SCAN Foundation and its partners using federal and state data.

We are hosting two training webinars on the My Care, My Choice website for Regional Coalition members, community advocates, and advisors. The purpose of these webinars is to walk attendees through the website and answer questions in order for attendees to share My Care, My Choice with beneficiaries, their family members, and community colleagues throughout the year.

The two training webinars will be held on:
Tuesday, June 4, 10 am PT
Wednesday, June 19, 1 pm PT

Please share this invitation with your Regional Coalition's full membership, and your shared list of trusted local advisors for duals. All attendees must register in order to receive the calendar appointment.

We look forward to sharing My Care, My Choice with you and your partners. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
Kali
