NOTICE Act Town Hall

Share your thoughts about the NOTICE Act on December 21 at a TeleTownHall event (conference call) with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. 

The NOTICE Act (Public Law 114-42) is federal legislation dealing with the 24 hour hospital observation/non-Medicare coverage issue that we have been discussing. 

Call in to the TeleTown Hall event Monday December 21 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Pacific time, or submit comments to Notice_Act@cms.hhs.gov. Transit Needs Hearing
