Friday May 20, 2016 is the Lompoc Senior Health Expo. Expo is the premier event in the Lompoc Valley for Seniors to get health and community resource information that targets their needs. This year the Promotores de Salud will be on hand to serve as “tour guides” for anyone who wants an interpreter. Once again, COLT will provide free transportation from a variety of locations throughout Lompoc. Highlights of the day include the Kiwanis BBQ lunch, Community Action Commission cooking demonstration, many health screenings and fabulous door prize drawings. Please share the flyer and bus schedule with anyone who may be interested. Thank you for your help in spreading the word about this one-time per year opportunity.
