Angels Among Us is a special offering for the community from the Hospice and Bereavement teams of Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care.
We invite you to join us for a beautiful service to remember your loved ones. It is a time of reflection and connection that includes inspirational music, a brief program, candle lighting ceremony, and refreshments.
