Coast Caregiver Resource Center Director provides administration and management of program supporting family caregivers in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties. CCRC is a program of Cottage Rehabilitation Hospital. Administrative office is in the City of Santa Barbara.
Position oversees all aspects of the program, including administration and management of current contracts with California Department of Health Care Services, Area Agency on Aging, and with CCRC’s respite and counseling providers.
Manages grants from local Foundations and attracts new funding. Develops, or reinstates, projects benefitting family caregivers when funding is identified.
Budgets, monitors finances, approves expenditures and provides fiscal and narrative reports. Oversees data collection and reporting.
Supervises program staff, consultants, and volunteers.
Works with Association of California Caregiver Resource Centers, Santa Barbara County Community Caregiver Initiative and other collaborative ventures.
