The Santa Barbara Foundation is pleased to announce the 2018 Community Caregiving Initiative Grants. Funds are available for new projects and programs that build capacity and systems for caregiver support. Competitive projects will address identified gaps and opportunities in existing services, exchanges, and connections that increase caregiver resiliency and competency. Priority will be given to work that is collaborative in nature (three or more organizations working together) and emphasizes regional priorities. Funded organizations must be committed to collaborative data sharing, which may include surveys, interviews, convenings, and the use of CareMaps. Application deadline is October 2, 2017 with funds awarded in January 2018. Further details can be found at http://www.sbfoundation.org/caregiver.
