How to send us News

Want your news to appear on the AAN website and email list? Here's how to format and send us your news items.

AAN members and associates are welcome to send items for the AAN Newsfeed. It's our way of helping you raise awareness of resources, events, training, or other items that are relevant to seniors, disabled adults, and/or human services providers.

Items accepted for the AAN Newsfeed will be sent to the AAN email list, appear on the AAN Newsfeed blog, and be linked to the AAN website News page. Please send your items to g.munoz@sbcsocialserv.org. For the best and fastest service:

1. Use the email subject line "For AAN Newsfeed."
2. Include a title of five words or less. 
3. Include a summary sentence of 25 words or less. 
4. Include a color photo or image, even if it’s just your organization’s logo. 
5. Where possible, provide collateral materials (e.g. flyers, newsletters) as links rather than attachments.

The AAN Newsfeed administrator reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity and relevance, reject inappropriate submissions, and/or limit certin submissions to the AAN email list only.
